How to Access Your Digital Download

Your purchase is a digital product, so no physical item will be shipped. Delivery can vary by product, but most orders include either downloadable files, an access link, or both.

After checkout

1. Keep your order confirmation page open. If a Download now or View button appears, select it.
2. Check the email address used at checkout for your order confirmation and download email.
3. Open the download or access link and save the included files to your device.
4. If your purchase contains an access PDF, open that PDF and select the template button inside it.

What you may receive

• Access PDF: Contains the link that opens your editable Canva template.
• Instruction PDF: Explains how to edit, publish, print, or share the design.
• Printable files: Included only when the product listing specifically says they are provided.

If you cannot find the email

• Check Spam, Junk, Promotions, and Updates folders.
• Search your inbox for Sixtylight, your order number, or the product name.
• Confirm that you are checking the same email address used at checkout.
• Allow a few minutes for payment processing and delivery.

If the PDF link will not open

1. Download the PDF to your device instead of viewing only the email preview.
2. Open it in a current browser or a PDF reader.
3. Select the template button again.
4. If needed, copy the visible link and paste it into your browser.
